以系統思考觀點探討長照機構經營模式之研究

摘要
台灣近年老年人口成長迅速，高齡化及少子化的現象是目前我們急需面對的挑戰，再加上社會結構轉變，青壯年的負擔程度相較於以往明顯增加，老年人口長期照護需求提升，長照機構服務也隨之蓬勃發展。現今由於民眾對於機構服務品質要求及政府對長期照護政策的重視，故如何經營好及改善長照機構是個重要的議題。本研究以養護型長照機構為研究對象，從系統思考觀點，探討影響長照機構經營績效變數間之因果互動關係，並建構質性模型，作為長照機構經營模式及策略發展之參考。

From the Systems Thinking Perspective to Study the Business Model of Long-term Care Facility

Abstract
In recent years, Taiwan's population is aging rapidly. Problems with the aging population and declining birth rate become a challenge that we need to face. Coupled with the change in social structure, the young people’s burden is significantly higher than in the past. The needs of longterm care for Taiwan’s elderly have been raised, and long-term care facilities have also been booming. At present, due to the public's attention to the quality of service and the government's long-term care policy, how to run and improve the long-term care facilities are important issues.In this study, we take nursing homes as the research object, and identify the cause and effect relationships between critical factors affecting the performance of long-term care facilities from a systems thinking perspective. We also construct a system dynamic (qualitative) model to serve as a reference for the business model and strategic development of long-term care facilities.
